1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase.

  • Damaged or altered items due to customer misuse.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack Securely: Include the RA number on the package and ship to:

  3. Shipping Costs:
